摘要： 本论文主要讨论了一种新的名字服务体系Handle-DNS的理论设计与具体实现。本论文主要阐述了包括Handle-DNS基本理论、Handle-DNS系统架构、Handle-DNS实施方案、以及Handle-DNS系统实现等方面的内容，并最后简单分析了构建Handle-DNS系统的意义和研究前景。

Abstract: This dissertation addresses the design and implementation of a new kind of name service system, Handle-DNS. The contents of this dissertation comprise of the research on the theory of Handle-DNS, the system architecture of Handle-DNS, the implementation scheme of Handle-DNS, the implementation of prototype Handle-DNS. At last, this dissertation simply analyzes the significance of implementing Handle-DNS and its research respects.
