Release of latest versions of OpenDNSSEC and Dnssec-Trigger

On February 17, NLnet Labs released OpenDNSSEC 1.3.6 and Dnssec-Trigger Release 0.10. Dnssec-Trigger can help end users to protect DNS traffic with DNSSEC. Now it supports three operating systems: Linux, Windows and Mac OS.
