To become a member of alliance, please provide the following materials:

II. Duplicate of the business license for enterprise legal person and other materials proving the qualification of the applicant

III. Letter of Commitment

IV. Application Form for alliance Members

Note: Please submit materials and filling statement in paper documents

1. Company profile: brief introduction of the applicant, such as company name, scale, registered capital, business category, personnel composition and customer sources;

2. Copy of the enterprise business license would be acceptable; other materials proving the qualifications of the applicant shall be the certification materials such as business permission files issued by the superior functional authorities;

3. Letter of Commitment (see Appendix 1). “Representative of authorizer” in Letter of Commitment should be the same as the “Representative of authorizer” in the Application Form for the Alliance Members.

4. Application Form for the Alliance Members (see Appendix 2). All item are required. Contact information should be complete, accurate, and effective; the “business contact” in the form shall be the contact person for daily affairs after joining the Alliance; the address shall include the house number; phone number shall include the extension number; and working email shall be the email address that can immediately receive the email of the Alliance .

5. Each page of the above materials should be stamped with the official seal of the applicant.
