Simple Instructions on IP allocation
You have to become a member of IP Address Allocation Alliance of CNNIC if you want to apply for IP address application to CNNIC which accepts applications for IPv4 address with a minimum address space of 4 Cs (1024 IP addresses). If you need an IP address less than 4 Cs, we suggest that you apply from ISP.
